With a Veva car charger installed, you can customise your charging schedules to take advantage of off-peak tariff times when electricity is more affordable and environmentally friendly. Veva is also solar PV compatible, enabling you to utilise the energy you generate from your panels to charge your car.

The Veva app lets you choose when and how to charge your vehicle. You can select from three different charging modes: eco charge, which uses only solar PV, a hybrid charge, which uses a combination of solar and grid power or fast charge which uses only grid power.

BUILT-IN PEN PROTECTION

All Veva’s untethered car chargers monitor the incoming supply and isolate live, neutral, and earth connections to the vehicle if the voltage exceeds 253V or drops below 207V. It automatically recovers when the supply voltage returns to a permissible range. Veva’s built-in PEN protection means, for most installs, an earth rod is not required making installation faster.

Veva’s untethered car charges use over-the-air (OTA) programming technology, meaning every Veva car charger can be remotely updated, making updates fast and efficient, without the need for a physical connection.

Veva continuously monitors the property load and will automatically reduce the charging current if needed, protecting the property from exceeding its fuse rating.
MULTI COLOUR LED CHARGING INDICATOR

The built-in multi colour LED indicator gives real time indication of how the EV charger is performing, such as what charging state it is in or if there’s a fault that needs addressing via the mobile app.
